PREPARING FOR ROLEPLAY

SECTION AB1.18 

Before anything else, I'm included in the group 'Search Hulk' for this roleplay activity, as my own homegrown group, which is the 'Divergent', has a less number of members. Supremely,our group, 'Search Hulk' has been noted that we have to perform again, for the College's itself, event. Above all, the date that we have to perform, meets with the important date that during that day, our class, have a Test 2, which is the subject Business Maths and to add that we have a big final exam the next week. So much things are going on right now, but what is life without challenges and sweats. As long as everythjng I do, involves my marks for final exam :) 

Notably, not much preparation were made, actually. Let's start with our first time rehearsaling together, our location was at Tasik Cempaka, about 7 minutes from College. In point of fact, when one of us started to read her/his lines, we couldn't stop ourselves from laughing because he/she were very serious and focus in acting, but still, its not that funny but at that time we did that to ease the pressure for our first time acting in public. 

In the main, later that night after rehearsaling, we went to a store to buy props for our d-day, Haziqah is in charge of the brain of the props, because she said she can do it, as she has skills in arts and we believed in her to do so. We spent the entire night, but of course, befofe curfew, looking for budget props because at that time, we have money shortage and lastly, only recycle boxes were bought as our trees, fires, etc. 

The next 2 days, the Search Hulk group met again for the painting props activity. Haziqah, as the brain of art, distributed labors to us, gave ideas and inspirations to us on how to make recycle boxes, looks better and how to paint perfectly. She's also a big role in this part. So we started to paint at 7pm and finished everything at 10.59pm. It was very enjoyable because our clothes were messed because of the paints. 

Aftertime, the night, we met again for our second time rehearsaling, specifically 10 minutes before our curfew. It was extremely fun because everyone were really serious and everyone is controlling their own laughter. Adilah, Haziqah, Shafikah, Afzan, Hizal and Me, all recited our lines until curfew. 


On the next day, we woke up early at 8am to put on our makeup, clothings, stuffs to bring for our showtime. Later on, as soon as we arrived at the venue, we were told by Lecturer that our group have to perform at 4pm. So we rushed out of the campus and go to buy another half of the props at a store near McDonalds. Minutes later, we decided to final rehearsal at Haziqah's house because we didnt felt completely ready and I didnt memorized my scripts. After minutes of practice, we didnt noticed that the clock showed 03:57pm when we have to present at the venue before 3:30. Without wasting time, Haziqah drove the car in full speed until we arrived at the spot. At that time, I couldnt explain the adrenaline rush, eventhough theres only 5 audience at the time. Cue has started and it was our time to roll.

At laaaaast, everything was done greatly, we were satisfied by our actings even when there were flaws during our showtime, each one of us forgot our scripts, but we're pretty sure that we covered our mistakes perfectly :) But behind everything, after performing, I felt like this one ton of weight has been lifted off my chest as we finished this roleplay project.
